MODES OF PAYMENT ACG Builder’s Centre, Inc. accepts payment in form of CASH or CHECKS only. 1. CASH COD payments maybe subject to a discount depending on the quantity and type of goods purchased. 2. CHECK Checks should be cleared first before ACG releases goods ordered by the customer. ACG reserves the right not to accept check payments from an unknown customer. ACG reserves the right not to accept post-dated checks from an unknown customer. — For PROJECTS or WHOLESALE purchases, the terms of payment can be discussed with the company. — For transactions made through telephones, telefax, or e-mails, the customer can request ACG Builder’s to collect payment from their office. An accredited ACG Collector will be sent to receive the payment and issue the corresponding receipt.
SHIPMENT There are several ways for a customer to receive goods purchased from ACG Builder’s: 1. PICK-UP from ACG Builder’s Customers can pick-up purchase orders from an ACG outlet or warehouse. 2. PICK-UP from a Supplier/Manufacturer Customers can directly pick-up purchase orders from a supplier or manufacturer. If the customer decides to choose this option, the customer should advise ACG beforehand, so that ACG can coordinate with the supplier to release the goods to the customer. 3. ACG DELIVERY ACG Builder’s can deliver the goods to your preferred destination within Metro Manila. Deliveries should be arranged with our office as soon as the purchase is made by the customer so that the delivery can be included in our schedule. Deliveries will also depend on the amount purchased by the customer. 4. SUPPLIER DIRECT DELIVERY ACG can ask the supplier/manufacturer to directly deliver the goods to the customer in behalf of ACG. The customer should sign on the delivery receipt. After which, the delivery receipt will then be forwarded to ACG Builder’s as a proof that the goods were received in good condition. 5. AIR FREIGHT / SEA FREIGHT For imported goods that are out of stock , the customer has the option of either Air Freight or Sea Freight. The lead time will depend on the company’s supplier. Customers who choose this option maybe charged with the corresponding shipping costs depending on the situation and purchase orders. For more information, please consult with an ACG representative. — Damages or breakages that are spotted by the customer upon delivery shall be reported to ACG Builder’s within 7 days.
DISCOUNTS and PRICES — Discounts on purchases will depend on the mode of payment, quantity and type of goods purchased. — Special discounts can be given for WHOLESALE purchases. The terms of discounts should be discussed with an ACG representative. — For wholesale purchases, after sending a purchase order to ACG, the customer should wait for an official approval from the ACG management before the discount becomes valid. — The customer can also wait for a quotation from the company, and send their purchase order once the prices and discounts provided in the quotation is approved by the customer. — Prices may change without prior notice.
